The wizard of OS

The notepad error  is because notepad tries to identify the encoding (ANSI, Unicode, Unicode big endian, UTF-8) from the first few bytes which is why it behaves in such a manner. aHence if it wrongly identifies the text as any other encoding it displays it wierdly like it happens for “XXXX XXX XXX XXXXX”.They say it is an UNINTENTIONAL error or bug.

What is all this about?

In windows XP type open notepad
    Bush hid the facts
    and save the file.
open it again to see the magic.
Windows people say it is highly unintentional to have such a bug in XP.
But the probablity of having it as a bug is almost ZERO

Just google “BUSH HID THE FACTS”
